Our Products
The ideas for our models are conceived by the greatest European designers and originate from within the Bardi Design Center. Every year we invent about 50 new models, including fixed and relax sofas, sofa beds, and armchairs. After an accurate process of manufacturing of a model by hand on cardboard, our craftspeople pass to the digitization of every single part, including the frame, rubber, and mechanical parts, on CAD files before mass production.The anatomy of our sofas is supported by a robust wooden structure capable of resisting the various stresses of daily use. The types of wood we process in our factory in Romania are: poplar, beech, oak, birch, fir, and multilayer. All these kinds of wood are processed through a hi-tech cut-chain that ensures maximum flexibility.

CREATION OF THE WOODEN FRAME
The anatomy of our sofas is supported by a robust wooden structure capable of resisting the various stresses of daily use. The types of wood we process in our factory in Romania are: poplar, beech, oak, birch, fir, and multilayer.
POLYURETHANE CUTTING
Through direct control of polyurethane processing in our Polyurethane Division, we create balanced paddings in harmony with the different materials used. Our machines and pantographs offer different degrees of accuracy in the passage.
INSERTION OF MECHANICAL PARTS
Our sofas are characterized by the important mechanical and electrical parts they contain. We use various types of relaxation mechanisms and bed bases supplied by the best Italian and global suppliers to ensure reliability and durability.
